Dark Force Extreme, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dark Force Extreme streaming service at dfx.network (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Viewing history and preferences are retained to improve your experience and provide personalized recommendations. You may request deletion of your viewing history through your account settings.

You can request deletion of your DFX Network account and associated personal data here, even if you have uninstalled the app. Data that we must retain for legal obligations is described in our privacy policy.
Data removal begins after you confirm your request and required billing, identity and record-preservation checks are complete. Completion is not immediate. We will email confirmation after deletion is completed.
We retain required tax and invoice records, payment/refund and dispute evidence, and partner revenue-share and settlement records. Access is restricted to financial, compliance, and legal purposes; retention follows the applicable schedule and documented active holds.
Under the current US schedule, tax support and customer invoices are retained for 7 years after the applicable tax return is filed; fraud and dispute evidence for 24 months after the later of case closure or final payment; and partner settlement records for 7 years after the later of final settlement or tax filing. A documented active hold can extend retention. These periods apply to required records, not continued use of your account.
DFX attempts to cancel DFX-managed Stripe subscriptions when you request deletion. A provider outage can leave cancellation pending. Subscriptions billed by another provider may need separate cancellation. Deletion does not itself issue a refund; stopping deletion does not restart a canceled subscription.
Deletion includes removal of your DFX sign-in identity and revocation of DFX sign-in credentials, including Sign in with Apple when linked. It does not delete your Apple or Google account.

DFX does not use activity from other companies’ apps or websites to target advertisements and does not disclose viewer data to independent advertising partners. Advertising and house promotions within DFX do not permit our service processors to reuse or share viewer data for their own purposes.
Hosting, identity, diagnostics, analytics and email-delivery providers may process information for DFX under our instructions. This processing is separate from independent advertising-partner use. Apple, Google and Auth0 may process information when you choose social sign-in; DFX account deletion does not delete your Apple or Google account.
Our iOS, iPadOS and Android phone apps process account and device/session identifiers, email and any social sign-in profile information, saved lists, viewing progress, searches, interactions, and technical playback information. Signed-in age verification currently stores date of birth and the verification result. Sentry processes crash and performance diagnostics, and DFX and its email-delivery provider process support messages and contact details.
You can limit optional product analytics in your account privacy preferences. Necessary authentication, account access, playback, security and reliability processing continues. See our Cookie Notice for browser controls.
Cookie NoticeThe Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
